Our Team

Our Team:

We are a collaborative team of scholar-practitioners committed to cultivating systems where people thrive. Grounded in dignity and guided by data, we integrate academic insight, lived experience, and a shared belief: lasting change begins with how we understand and support human difference.

Our work is led by Dr. Katherine Hilson and Dr. Siovahn Woolum, doctorate-level educators and professors with more than 20 years of combined experience in the field of education. Their scholarship, leadership, and classroom expertise anchor our practice in both research and real-world impact.
